CoolVent is another alternative to mechanical freezing in trucks. It uses dry ice or liquid nitrogen (LIN) for cooling and freezing during transportation. Powerful ventilators suck in the air from the storage room, direct it over the dry ice, and channel the cooled air back to the storage room.
