| We offer a complete and cost effective sintering atmosphere solution for PM parts producers. The atmosphere solution ranges from low cost diluted endo gas to high quality HYDROFLEX® controlled nitrogen/hydrogen based atmospheres. The HYDROFLEX concept provides both substantial cost savings, enhanced quality and meets the demands of sintering chromium alloyed powder.
Typical benefits from HYDROFLEX are lower gas consumption, consistent dimensional changes and surface hardness, longer mesh belt and muffle life, bright parts, enhanced cutting tool life in down stream operations and lower rejection costs. The value of these benefits have in many cases been found to by far exceed the gas cost.
High purity liquid nitrogen is either stored in a tank and vaporised prior for use or cryogenically produced on-site. Cryogenic on-site supply can be very cost effective in the consumption range from 200-1800 Nm3/h. Hydrogen is supplied in cylinders or produced on-site. |
